Hybrid stepper motors are digitally controlled and regulated drives. They are used where torque at low speed, positioning and accuracy are determining factors.
The motors operate with a physical step angle of 1.8° that can be more finely adjusted by an electronic multi-step resolution.
Especially due to the step angle accuracy a high precision in the positioning is guaranteed. There is no need for a position encoder regarding the position feedback.
Operating reliably and economically these hybrid stepper motors lead the field in terms of low-vibration and smoothness.
